Based on the findings of an unannounced on-site state licensure survey conducted on June 22, 2021 through June 24, 2021, Promedica Hospice Care was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 42CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C and D: Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care.
